What to do with extra produce? Try drying it.

With the onset of warm weather and lots of rain in recent weeks, the vegetables and herbs in our garden are growing at a truly amazing rate! We wondered how to preserve some of the produce, for example, parsley and basil, as there is too much to use fresh.
