ERINDALE NEIGHBOURHOOD GARDEN
The Garden is open seven days a week during daylight hours (code required).
There are many ways to participate in the Garden:
- Rent a raised garden bed plot and grow your own vegetables ($25 per year for a plot 1.44 square metres; $50 per year for a whole raised bed 2.4m x 1.2m), and garden whenever it fits your schedule. Plots can be rented by school and other community groups, or by individuals. See more detail under "Garden Management/How to rent a plot".
- Visit the Garden as an outing for disabled or elderly; or as a day care or preschool field trip.
- Become one of our Garden regulars, helping with seasonal gardening activities, for example: planting, pruning, mulching, weeding of the native and fence border gardens.
- If you'd like to come and garden with other people, regular time is:
Wednesday mornings:
Winter 9:30am - 11:00am.
Summer 9:00am - 10:30am.
Just bring your hat and gardening gloves!
